Mechanical Condition:
This BMW has covered a genuine 20,950 miles from new by 1 Dr Owner. The 3.0 litre twin turbo engine is superb and a perfect balance of refinement, power and economy. The 8 speed gearbox is equally excellent with seamless changes. There are no warning lights on the dashboard after extended test drive. The onboard computer shows
'no faults' and all service actions are 'green.' The engine oil service is not due for 2,900 miles or April 2019 but this will be carried out by BMW Main Dealer prior to sale. There were no advisory items on the first MOT carried out at 18,990 miles, supplied with fresh 12 months MOT. The computer shows brake pads are not due for 17,000 and 24,000 miles respectively.

Exterior Condition:
This is a superb looking BMW in Alpine White with factory upgrade 19 inch alloy wheels and M Sport Braking System (Blue Callipers). The bodywork is in Grade 1 condition and has been cherished by the owner. There are no large or noticeable stone chips to the front end. There are no scuffs to bumpers and all sensors and reverse camera are in working order. There are no car park dents or other significant marks. Interior Condition:
A beautiful interior environment with Coral Red Dakota Leather, Brushed Aluminium and High Gloss Black Interior Trim. This car has never been smoked in or used to carry pets and there are certainly no lingering smells. The Harmon Kardon Audio, heated seats, heated steering wheel and neck level heating all enhance the driving experience. There is no ingrained dirt or wear to the leather seats. The carpets are all very clean with no stains or dirt. There is no wear to any of the controls, all in working order. The boot area, door shuts and under bonnet are all very clean.
