This Jaguar has an excellent provenance. Supplied new by Jaguar Hull in June 2004 to a Mr Ward directly onto a cherished number plate 'ABW 74.' The XK8 was subsequently sold 'Approved Used' by Barretts Jaguar Kent to a Mr Care in September 2006. The car was then purchased by a Mr Cook in October 2006. We originally took the car in part exchange from Mr Cook in May 2016 after 10 years of ownership against a 2008 XKR. We then supplied the car to a regular customer of ours in July 2016 at 40,000 miles. The car has just arrived back after 12 months of enjoyable motoring against one of our Bentley GT's.

Mechanical Condition:
This XK8 is in exceptional mechanical condition for the year and has been maintained to a high standard. The 4.2 V8 engine is extremely smooth, likewise the gearbox and this car is a pleasure to drive. There are no warning lights on the dashboard after extended test drive. There were 'no advisory items' on the recent MOT and a ball joint rubber boot kit was fitted. The most recent service was circa £970 and included x2 new Pirelli Premium tyres. Pirelli PZero tyres are fitted all round, another sign this car has been maintained to the highest standard. There is no vibration or pulling from the steering wheel. Exterior Condition:
This 2004 XK8 with 19 inch Atlas Wheels looks gorgeous in the flesh as this shape seems to get better with age. This example is in exceptional condition for the year and consistent with cherished low mileage. There are no scuffs to bumpers, car park dents or other significant damage. There are no noticeable, excess or large stone chips to front end or bonnet. The wheels are in excellent condition with no ingrained dirt or curb damage at all to the outer edges. The exhaust pipes are extremely clean with no ingrained dirt. All the door, bonnet and boot shuts are extremely clean with no dirt etc. Individual body panel and wheel pictures available on our website. HD Video on request.

Interior Condition:
This XK8 has never been smoked in or used to carry pets and there are certainly no lingering smells. The Warm Charcoal leather is in excellent order with no ingrained dirt, damage or scuffs to bolsters. The carpets and Jaguar Over Carpets are excellent with no damage, dirt or heel wear. There is no wear or damage to any of the interior buttons, which are all in working order. There is no wear to the steering wheel leather. Then engine bay is particularly clean. The boot area is very clean with space saver wheel etc all present and correct.
