We have just taken this beautiful XK8 in part exchange from a regional Charman of the Jaguar Enthusiast Club against one of our Jaguar XK Portfolio's. This example has an excellent provenance, good specification and very large history file summarised below.

Supplied new by Stratstone of Mayfair in February 1997 to a Mr Krieger. Subsequently purchased "Approved Used" from Jaguar in September 2003 by a Mr Dennis (Kent) and registered 'LGD 369.' Our customer, Chairman of his local Jaguar Enthusiast Club region has owned since May 2015 and maintained to a very high standard.

Mechanical Condition:
As can be seen from the above and large history file, this car has been maintained to a very high standard from new up to date. Low number of owners and excellent provenance. The 4.0 litre V8 engine is smooth with the chains and tensioners replaced by Jaguar. The Milltek exhaust adds a subtle V8 burble which enhances the driving experience and is not too loud or intrusive. There are no warning lights on the dashboard after extended test drive. Premium Pirelli tyres fitted all round with good tread (circa 5mm). Any inspection or test drive welcome.

Exterior Condition:
This is a superb looking XK presented in desirable Ice Blue with 20 inch Detroit Wheels etc. This car has been used for JEC shows etc so obviously the owner has maintained the car to a high standard. De-rust, waxoyl and paintwork carried out recently with invoices. There are no scuffs to the bumpers, car park dents or significant damage. Bodywork is very clean and bright. The hood is in excellent order with no holes, dirt or damage. The wheels are exceptional maintaining their original polished edge with no ingrained dirt or curb damage. Interior Condition:
This example has never been smoked in (original lighter never used) or used to carry pets and there are no lingering smells. The carpets and Jaguar over carpets are very clean with no ingrained dirt. The leather is all excellent with no dis-coloration, ingrained dir or scuffing damage. All door shuts, bonnet and boot shuts are free of dirt and rust etc. Original Stratstone Mayfair key rings, tax disc holder all present and correct.
