Mechanical Condition:
As can be seen, this SL has a good provenance with low ownership and documented service history right up to date. The handcrafted AMG Supercharged V8 is one of the all time 'great' engines with unique sound and awesome power delivery. The 5 speed gear change has legendary reliability and works as it should. There are no warning lights on the dashboard and the computer states 'no malfunction.' Premium Pirelli PZero tyres fitted all round in excellent condition with front measure at 7mm and rears 5mm at the recent service. The brakes are all in excellent condition having been changed at 86k miles. Service schedule / health check report from Mercedes Specialist included in file showing no advisories.Drives very well for the year and mileage, still a very special car and obvious future classic. Exterior Condition:
Presented in desirable Obsidian Black with Panoramic Roof, the most desirable 19 inch Split Rim wheels and 'SL 55' number plate this is a great looking example. The bodywork is in exceptional condition for the year and mileage. There are no large or excess chips to front end. There are no scuffs to bumpers or damage. There are no car park dents or corrosion patches to arches etc. The wheels are in excellent condition with no ingrained dirt or curbing damage to the edges at all. Interior Condition:
A beautiful interior specification that is very light with uplifting ambience due to the Glass Panoramic Roof and Light Grey Nappa Leather. The leather is in excellent order for the year with no ingrained dirt or excess scuffing. There is no evidence this car has been smoked in or used to carry pets and there are certainly no lingering smells. The over carpets and door cards are very clean with no ingrained dirt or damage. There is no excess wear damage to any of the buttons. The AC was Re-gassed October 2019 and blows cold. The boot area is clean with no visible leaks when jet washed on arrival.
