Mechanical Condition:
The 3.5 litre V6 engine when fitted in the SLK is extremely potent feeling genuinely quick when required, yet also perfect for relaxed, long distance cruising. The engine and gearbox are very smooth with no warning lights on the dashboard after extended test drive. The front Uniroyal tyres have covered minimal mileage having been replaced in late 2022 and the fronts are approx half worn (4mm tread). Fitted with x2 new rear springs and new battery - November 2023. Supplied freshly serviced by Mercedes Main Dealer and no advisory items on the last MOT by specialist. Exterior Condition:
Presented in classic Mercedes Iridium Silver with Red Nappa this is a gorgeous looking SLK ideally suited to an ageless number plate as it looks much newer and expensive than the reality. Bodywork is in excellent condition for year and mileage. There are no scuffs to bumpers or car park dents. There is no corrosion on any of the wheel arches etc. The headlights are in good condition with minimal fading. The wheels are very clean with no ingrained dirt or curbing damage to the outer edges. Interior Condition:
A beautiful condition and specification interior environment with Air Scarf, Heated Seats, Memory Seats and Heated Steering Wheel. There is no evidence this car has been smoked in or used to carry pets and there are no lingering smells. The carpets and Mercedes over carpets are all very clean with no ingrained dirt or wear marks. The leather is all in very good order with no ingrained dirt or excess wear damage. Then engine bay, boot area and all door shuts are very clean.
